• Cleaning and visual inspection
• 2x DE-M verification of pressure gauge (per connection)
• Five calibration points
• Verification mark DE-M (verification is carried out by the “Eichamt”)

• Measuring range: 0-10 bar / 0-16 bar / 0-25 bar
• Accuracy: Class 0.6 / 1.0 / 1.6 / 2.5 / 4.0

If pressure gauges are used for the main inspection (HU) / safety test (SP), they are subject to the calibration obligation. One of the recognition requirements since 01.01.2021 for an SP operation on the basis of Traffic Bulletin No. 190-2020 is that the measuring devices used for the functional testing of air brake systems are calibrated by an accredited calibration laboratory in accordance with the standard. ISO 17025 calibration and verification (DE-M) must be carried out every 2 years.

In the AÜK accreditation system of the Bundesinnungsverband, a corresponding verification and calibration certificate is also required in order to fulfill the accreditation requirements from 07/2022.

We can calibrate your pressure gauges in accordance with the calibration regulations of the relevant calibration authority!
