Cartesy is a member of the “Bavarian Family Pact”

Cartesy GmbH is a new member of the Bavaria-wide initiative “Familienpakt Bayern” since the end of September 2023.

With the “Bavarian Family Pact” launched in 2015, the Bavarian state government, the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce (BIHK) and the Bavarian Business Association (vbw) are pursuing the goal of making work-life balance a priority for companies in the future. V. (BIHK), the vbw – Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e. V. (Association of Bavarian Businesses) and the Bayerischer Handwerkstag (BHT – Bavarian Handicrafts Association) are pursuing the goal of raising the profile of the future issue of reconciling family and career in the corporate world. Bavarian employers receive new impulses, specialist information and practical assistance to improve their internal family-friendliness. In addition, the “Bavarian Family Pact” enables companies to network with each other and exchange information about the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
