Economy ball Mühldorf awards prize for life’s achievement.

At the ball of the Mittelstandsunion Union Mühldorf and its chairman Sascha Schnürer almost all regional personalities were present in the House of Culture in Waldkraiburg. In his opening speech, Schnürer welcomed Dr. Florian Herrmann, head of the Bavarian State Chancellery, as well as Stephan Mayer, member of the Bundestag, and Max Heimerl, district administrator, as the most prominent guests.

Traditionally, the ball honors a special entrepreneur: after the prize was not awarded in the wake of the Corona pandemic and the cancellation of the 2020 ball, this award was now duly made up for on Saturday. After the laudatory speech by Dr. Florian Herrmann, the 2020 prize of the Mittelstandsunion and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Mühldorf was awarded to a true Mühldorf original. The entrepreneur and founder of Cartesy GmbH Josef Femböck received the coveted award for his great life’s achievement in the field of measurement, testing and control technology. Driven by visions and his inventive spirit, the creative “Gyro Gearloose” set himself the goal of setting new technical standards.

The products he was able to realize with his team – and still does – are in successful use worldwide. Incidentally, the company is already being continued in the next generation by his children Kristina, Maximilian, among others, in the spirit of a strong team.
