Change involves courage, openness, reflection, flexibility and looking to the future.
In the fourth quarter of 2020, we took on a new challenge: The certification according to ISO 9001:2015
In order to continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures internally and to realize them, both the management and the perfectly coordinated team of Cartesy GmbH pull together. For years, optimization opportunities have been realized and controlled hand in hand – always with the focus on the customer.
Since the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, we have been ISO 9001 certified and can now officially demonstrate that we stand for continuous quality. Our claim is to maintain and permanently expand our high standard. The ISO certification confirms that we are on the right track. This guarantees you that we have comprehensively implemented the requirements of quality management in our QMS and that we have mastered our quality standards in our processes.
Our quality policy is characterized by strong customer orientation, which is reflected in user-friendly, high-performance and high-quality products as well as high customer satisfaction. The personal support of business partners and customers plays an outstanding role at Cartesy, as this contributes significantly to the promotion and consolidation of reliability and trust. The basis of the quality policy is formed by structured processes and continuous improvements, which are practiced throughout the entire company.
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is the most widely used and most important standard in quality management, both nationally and internationally. It serves, as a basis for the continuous improvement process, primarily to fulfill customer requirements and to strive to meet customer expectations.
Great praise for the entire team was given by our auditor during the initial certification, we are all very proud of that! To pass the ISO certification in less than 6 months without any deviations is a very big compliment for us and confirms us immensely in our efforts to offer our customers the best possible quality!
As of 01/07/2022, the new Brake Tester Directive 2021 will come into force. To ensure that the testing of the ASA Livestream interface continues to run smoothly, we are updating NPC-2016 and the Livestream Client Apps in time.
